A new media artist and sculptor, he is now based in Berkeley where he lives with his wife and two children. He creates humorous work that touches on research in such fields as music and fitness. He has exhibited at SFMOMA; Mori Art Museum, Japan; MoMA PS1; LACMA; and Creative Time/MTV. He has a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI), and an MFA from Columbia University, New York. He is a professor at the SFAI.
